Our oysters are freshly harvested from our farm off of Lane’s Island in Yarmouth, Maine. Indigo Oysters are cocktail sized with a briny start and a clean and sweet finish.
Oyster pickups occur at the Scarborough Farmer’s Market. You decide the frequency of pickup and quantity—an Indigo Oyster CSA, your way.
Learn about our CSA model:
Pick up is up to 6 times this season. Many of our friends choose to divide the total quantity over the 6 pickup dates; a set and forget approach. Or pick up frequency and quantity completely up to you within our 6 pickup dates! If you are not doing the set it and forget approach, email us with a pick up amount that Thursday before Sunday’s farmer market if you prefer varied amounts for pick up. Please include your name and CSA in the subject line.

Our CSAs are named after majestic rivers in Maine—one of the smallest rivers, the Saco River, a medium sized river, the Androscoggin, and the largest in Maine, the Penobscot River.
All of our CSAs are sized with these in mind.
The Saco CSA: 60 count at $90
The Androscoggin CSA: 120 count at $174
The Penobscot CSA: 180 count at $252
