Our oysters are freshly harvested from our farm off of Lane’s Island in Yarmouth, Maine.
Flavor Profile? Indigo Oysters are cocktail sized with a briny start and a clean and sweet finish.
Harvested weekly–hand tumbled, hand cleaned, handed off to you by Alexus and Flo of Indigo Oyster Co for local pickup.
Pick up is 6 times this season, with pick up frequency and quantity completely up to you! To ensure there’s enough at the market for you, email us with a pick up amount that Tuesday before Sunday’s farmer market. Please include your name and pick up amount in the subject line. We will reach out so you have the option to pay and guarantee your order will be fulfilled.
